简易诊断首先检查润滑状态,加油后数小时数天后测量,发现振动明显增大,则要判别是否异常。根据各自情况制定出专门的标准,测定同条件下的振动初始值,即相对值判别标准。确定判定方案,包括:、方向、参数、周期等。测量振动信号,作出比较判断或进一步作谱分析。方法:(1)冲击脉冲法(SPM法):轴承缺陷如疲劳剥落、裂纹、磨损等会产生脉冲衰减振动。相对于载荷方向旋转的套圈与轴或座孔,应选择过渡配合或过盈配合。过盈大小以轴承在载荷下工作时,其套圈在轴上或座孔内的配合表面上不产生“蠕动”现象为原则。而在载荷很轻,或在重载荷作用下套圈偶有低速转动时。可选用过渡配合,此时轴表面应有较高的硬度和较小的表面粗糙度。对于重载荷场合,通常应比在轻载荷和正常载荷场合的配合为紧。
